The Opportunity

The Bridge Kids Director provides visionary, strategic, and operational leadership for every children’s ministry environment from Birth through 5th Grade.

What You’ll Lead

• Cast and execute the vision and strategy for Bridge Kids.
• Recruit, develop, encourage, and lead incredible volunteer teams.
• Build engaging, biblically rich environments where kids love coming to church.
• Create discipleship pathways that help children and families grow in their faith.
• Partner with parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
• Lead camps, special events, and unforgettable family experiences.
• Oversee ministry systems, communication, scheduling, and budgeting with excellence.
• Collaborate with an energized staff team to help move the entire church forward.

Qualifications

• A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Strong alignment with the mission, values, and theology of The Bridge Church.
• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Education, Leadership, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of vocational church ministry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop volunteer teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with children’s ministry programming, systems, and discipleship strategies preferred.
