Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to provide support for the Operation Christmas Child, Lower Midwest Region field office in Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities include assisting in correspondence and communications with donors, volunteers and the general public; fulfilling requests for Operation Christmas Child promotional materials; scheduling media and speaking engagements for field office staff; managing volunteer information through data management software programs; communicating with volunteers to assist with recruitment efforts at churches, schools, and community groups; providing support for training, meetings, collection logistics, and office reporting.

Qualified candidates will have proven organizational skills and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required along with the ability to learn other software and applications as needed. Position requires an Associate’s degree/certificate and at least six months related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Local applicants preferred. Relocation is not offered.
