Level/ Salary Range:
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

of Christ and the new life He has for them. God is using EGM to transform children in Christ through His Church. The Finance and Administration Steward will manage the financial and administrative work of EGM including, the U.S. and international operations
of the ministry. The Finance and Administration Steward will serve as a member of the Management Team working in a collaborative team setting to manage the organization. The Finance and Administration Steward will travel internationally, training and developing
the finance and administrative staff of our national ministry team partners. The Finance and Administration Steward will manage financial, administrative staff and their work, oversee the information systems in the U.S. office, manage human resource policies
and procedures, steward the assets entrusted to EGM and develop quantitative systems and analysis for the ministry work around the world.
Role and Responsibilities:
EGM Management Team: As part of the management team of EGM, provide overall direction and management of EGM’s Administration and Finances.
EGM Administrative Committee: Provide information and appropriate finance and administration recommendations to the Board of Directors as well as guidance and direction to the staff.
Finance and Administration Supervisor: Supervise all finance and human resource staff in the U.S. office.
EGM Finances: Manage, together with the President and with guidance from the Board, EGM policies and the EGM Bylaws. Accurately and timely account for all financial transactions, make future financial forecasts and budgets, provide financial
analysis, report on budget variances.
EGM Project Budgets and Financial Reports: Together with the Ministry Advancement Team and the EGM staff, manage and report on all support quotas, resource team budgets, project budgets, etc.
EGM Signatory: Authorize legal agreements, bank accounts, and other contractual obligations while adhering to the Delegation of Authority Table in the EGM Bylaws.
Electronic Donation Process: Oversee all aspects of EGM’s electronic donation income, including, but not limited to, Gesture, Authorize.net, Qsuite, Network for Good, etc.
U.S. Office Operations: Maintain physical office, office equipment, ministry vehicle, utilities, internet, all other ministry assets and office technology.
Banking Relationships: Direct all accounts, banking transactions and transfers. This also includes facilitating changes in account signers (includes Board involvement), forms, online users, staff credit cards, wire privileges, wire templates,
EGM Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits package including,
health insurance, workers compensation, retirement plan and paid time off days working with insurance brokers, and retirement plan administrator.
National Ministry Team Finances: Evaluate the annual budgets and financial reports
and provide financial recommendations to the international ministries team. Communicate with national ministry team boards regarding financial commitments based on their Annual Strategic Plan and budget and considering EGM’s Starting New Ministries
National Ministry Team Financial Tools: Produce financial reports, tools and analysis to the Management Team to aid in ministry operations and decisions.
National Partner Ministries Stewardship: Work to ensure that all financial and administrative practices reflect EGM’s commitment to excellence in stewardship. Travel to the field to provide training using the EGM Ministry Dashboard Administration
and Finance programs. Provide follow-up coaching.
National Partner Ministries Titus Project: Work with Management Team teams to manage all financial aspects of the matching fund program, fund development tools, budgets, three-year financial forecasting and monthly reporting
on the Titus Project. Evaluate the Titus Project in each participating country on a quarterly basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
All of the general qualifications found in the EGM Employee Handbook.
Management and leadership skills and a desire to work in a collaborative management setting.
Basic understanding of non-profit finances and accounting.
Familiarity with computer systems, software, hardware and networks.
A willingness to travel 15-30 days annually.
Three continuous years of experience in financial oversight and management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Bachelor’s degree in financial management, business, accounting or commensurate experience.
