Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator

 

Summary of essential job functions

Credit Manager/Collections

  • Create and send invoices to clients weekly
  • Overview contracts from new clients, process credit application, create files for credit apps, approve for traffic and enter new client information into A/R.
  • Work directly with sales to determine which accounts they want the Credit Manager to write and call.
  • Enter payments into Wide Orbit

Accounts Payables

  • Ensure that all bills are reviewed, approved, and submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Call on any vendors with irregularities or errors in billing to ensure accuracy and avoid being over charged.
  • Complete & submit all check requests.
  • Evaluate all recurring bills to assist GM prepare budget for the following year with increasing accuracy.
  • Request and submit W-9’s from all new vendors.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Back up Receptionist
  • Assist General Manager, Business Manager, and Traffic department.


Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Experience using Wide Orbit preferred.
