Job Description:

The Administrator is responsible for continuous administrative leadership to assigned area and the ability to delegate responsibility to the proper persons on the staff providing an effective organization of administrative, child care, support programs, family counseling, community relations and other service components. Responsibilities of both short and long range goals including improvements of programs, financial development, staff recruitment, training, physical facilities and the planning of additional ministries. Ensure all programs in the assigned area maintain proper licenses, meet accreditation and contract standards.


Must have an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree plus a Master’s Degree from an accredited school in a related area of responsibility and have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
