This is a full-time, salaried employment opportunity. Flexible schedule but most of the role will be carried out during daytime business hours. Stand For Truth is based in Columbus, OH, but this position can be done remotely.  With the exception of 1-2 travel days per month to Columbus and potential visits to 2-3 events per year, your day-to-day work can be done anywhere during daytime business hours (flexible between 6am and 6pm EST).


The primary objectives of your position are to (1) help achieve the mission of SFT by booking high quality school assembly opportunities for SFT speakers and musicians/bands (that would lead to ministry opportunities), and (2) establish, develop, and maintain super awesome customer relationships. In other words, you are in charge of booking Step 1 in our 3-Step Process (below) to achieve our mission.


Based on your strengths, here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities you’ll be trusted with:

  • Fielding all inbound leads generated by SFT marketing efforts

  • Generating new leads through cold calls and emails

  • Corresponding via phone/email with schools and organizations to book our performers

  • Coordinating pre-event details with customers while successfully resolving issues along the way

  • Collaborating with SFT team members to make strategic event booking decisions

  • Following our proven, systematic sales process while seeking continuous improvement of the process

  • Analyzing, balancing, and monitoring the calendars, needs, and goals of multiple SFT acts

  • Monitoring competition and the market to adjust processes as needed

  • Other tasks as assigned by the bookings leader for the benefit of the ministry as a whole


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Previous sales experience
Desire to make a difference for the sake of the gospel



Stand For Truth is a non-profit, 501c3 Christian ministry that exists for one purpose, and one purpose only -  to take the Gospel to students in America's public schools. We accomplish our mission by teaming up with speakers and bands/musicians through a simple, 3-step, event-based approach:

  1. School Assembly- we schedule a daytime, character-based school assembly in a public high school and/or middle school.

  2. Evening Concert- we invite students to an evening concert at the school where they hear the Gospel.

  3. Student Impact- students connect with local churches and leave the concert with gospel-centered resources.
