Position: Regional Sales Representative
We are looking for special individuals that truly have integrity, trust and invest in relationships. A key expectation of this position is establishing and maintaining relationships with your clients after the initial contract. Successful Regional Sales
Representatives are focused on the client, the client’s success, and client retention. In fact, the compensation package is designed to reward long-term client retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with your clients
- Effective use of CRM.
- Teleconferencing using RingCentral and/or Skype.
- Sales presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote
- Basic Spreadsheet use
- Word Processing
Regional Sales Representatives are home-based, 1099 contractors. You must have a smartphone and a reasonably current laptop with a productivity package such as Microsoft Office or similar.
Compensation: Commissions are paid with the initial contract, plus monthly residuals on retained clients. At this time, there is no base subsidy offered. However, the company has training flexibility. Your working hours are also flexible
as you work to build your book of business. You don't have to quit your current job. Should you need to, you could start out part-time and work your way to full-time. It should be stated that our compensation plan is very generous.
Ultimately the goal of this position is not just to make transactions, but to establish meaningful relationships with churches and Christian/Missions organizations as well as our Company. We need you because of the interpersonal relationships we want you
to establish with the clients. By focusing on these relationships, your income will more than take care of itself.
