Creative Video/Production Director

Northstar Church is a growing multi-site church looking for someone passionate about creative services and live production. This individual will have a balance of skills in multiple areas and serve as a vital part of service planning team.
(1) Videography/Media

Plan, execute & deliver all adult service video content, ensuring that content meets the guidelines and standards for Northstar Church.

Work with project point to develop a clear brief at the outset of the project to ensure success and clear expectations of the final project.
(2) Central Producer

Ensure operational status and provide upkeep for all equipment regarding Broadcast Control.

Uphold brand and quality standards for content and delivery from Broadcast control.

Work with Broadcast Campus Worship Pastor with broadcast-related needs and issues that need to be addressed.

Provide support as needed for Broadcast Control roles such as switcher, livestream specialist, central producer, etc
(3) Series Packaging & Design

Work with teaching team to create dynamic ways to present messages through lighting, video, audio, set designs, senses and special elements.

Assist in deciding the visual appearance of a series through imagery, color palettes, typefaces, etc. and develop a SeriesPak for the organization including PAV tile(s), invite cards, mailers, door hangers, social media graphics, web graphics, video slates, and more as needed.

Identify and ensure brand standards are being met across the organization with the use of color palettes, typefaces, graphic styles and logo usage to create a cohesive brand experience on Northstar’s campuses, videos, marketing material, social media outlets, & website.

Support campuses with design needs such as print collateral, signage, announcements and PAV tiles to ensure brand consistency and event collateral, both print and digital.
