Bell Shoals Baptist Church is searching for a Director of Food Services. The Director of Food Services is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Food Services Department of Bell Shoals Baptist Church. This includes planning and preparing
meals for our Wednesday Night Dinner, planning and preparing lunches for our VPK-8th grade academy, and planning and preparation of food for various catering events. The Director of Food Services is responsible for managing food service employees, ordering
and maintaining inventory, and maintenance and replacement of equipment. The Director of Food Services reports to the Pastor of Administration.
This is a full-time position with salary and benefits and salary is based on education and experience. The ideal candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (or related field), however, food service management
experience at the appropriate level may be substituted. At Bell Shoals Baptist Church we consider food service a ministry and we are looking for a candidate that wants to serve the Lord through our Food Service department.
