Construction Coordinator

Tampa Office 


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct foreign site surveys and participate on all construction projects
  • Prepare project requirements and associated costs
  • Coordinate the purchase of building supplies, materials and equipment
  • Coordinate loading and shipping containers
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Assist with general office project responsibilities as requested


Technical Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience and knowledge of general building construction
  • Experience in construction or project management 
  • Ability to read and understand building plans
  • Drafting and/or AutoCAD experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
