Group has an opening for a Marketing Operations Specialist for Kids Hope USA’s West Office in Loveland, CO. This position does require you to work out of our Loveland office. Kids Hope is small, but growing organization with a big dream to expand from 20,000
to 100,000 mentoring relationships between children-at-risk and church volunteers.
Your first big project will be to work directly with our key partner organizations and vendors to oversee the development of a new website. You will be focused on getting all of our existing internal systems to play together nicely and bringing in new systems
and technologies to the party as needed. • Donor database management • Sales tracking • eCommerce donation processing • Online training for program directors and mentors • Receivables automation.
But you will not just be sitting in front of your computer working on technical projects all day. This is where your outstanding people skills come into play. You will be creating and implementing our customer care process: • Answering customer questions
by email • Making outbound calls to follow-up with inquiries • Cross training an existing call center team so they can answer customer questions with excellence
Now the creative part. You will also provide hands-on support to all of Kid’s Hope’s marketing initiatives including: • Coordinating the production and distribution of KHUSA’s digital and print marketing materials such as newsletters, direct mail, and social
media • Assembling and mailing out materials packets to new scholarship donors.
As you may have gathered, this is a dynamic position and to be successful you will need to be extremely flexible, detail-orientated, have strong collaborative skills, have strong proven leadership skills, have a passion for helping at-risk students, and
be driven to achieve results. You must have 2+ years project management experience, 2+ years business systems experience, outstanding excel skills and marketing experience. Occasional travel is required. A bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent
experience is required.
