Job Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages multiple projects through to completion

  • Ability to plan and follow through on daily activities

  • Ensures physical office, equipment, supplies and systems are running efficiently and


  • Working with the CRM ( Infusionsoft )

  • Support the team with various administrative tasks

  • Provides fast and friendly customer service

  • Set up and manage coaching appointments

  • Assist with 8 live events a year

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • 1-3 years experience as an administrative/office assistant preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Publisher, Excel, Word, Powerpoint,

    and Access

  • Must be technology savvy

  • Ability to wear many hats; think outside the box

  • Experience with a CRM is a plus

  • Experience developing/implementing systems and processes


Benefits:• Medical

Base Pay: $30,000-$45,000 depending on experience

Time off: 14 PTO/Sick Days; Office is closed the final week of the year + 8 paid holidays
