The Account Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for meeting with local leasing agents and property owners and educate them on the benefits of AT&T U-verse. You will learn to sell the product, so the property owners can direct their tenants to Slingshot to obtain the service. This role is a community connector, so the U-verse salesmen have an accurate target of where to make an in field sell. You’ll be cold calling, organizing events and making property visits to further relationships!

  • Visit and build rapport with leasing agents, property managers/owners. 
  • Educate them on benefits of U-verse and the benefits of directing their tenants to Slingshot to establish their service.
  • Work directly with AT&T liaison to formulate plan for penetration,events and changes within accounts
  • Take phone calls from potential customers and sell them U-verse service.

*One of three options or a combination of the three:

  • Managing an event at a property
  • Taking phone calls and selling customers on U-verse
  • Visiting properties to further the relationship and handle any issues.


Monday - Friday 8-5 (apartment office hours). This schedule changes in the event of an after hours scheduled event at a property or a Saturday event scheduled at a property. Must be available at all times (reasonably) to take calls from customers to sell U-verse.



Base pay: $36,000 guarantee with monthly bonus opportunities.

Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus depending on team’s performance
