Job Description:
The Donor Support Clerk will provide excellent customer service and support to the station’s donors through phone, email, etc. This position will maintain the donor database, Raiser’s Edge and constituent accounts. This position will provide prep, data entry, receipting and filing for the Sharathon fundraiser. The Donor Support Clerk will provide office support and will function as a backup to the receptionist.
