Salem Communications in Cleveland, OH has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Promotions Events Coordinator. The Promotions Events Coordinator will assist the Promotions Manager in the execution of Station events and promotions for all 3 of our station formats.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up and breaking down station’s inflatable tent and/or the on-air staff display board, setting up basic sound equipment, recording reports from the field and emailing them back to the control room, handing out prizes, driving station vehicle, data entry, and contacting listeners. Must work all evening and weekend station events. Some heavy lifting is required. Promotions Events Coordinator must be creative, well organized, a good communicator. Will be interfacing with sales reps and clients. Computer experience (MS Office) is required and graphics experience is a plus. Clean driving record is a must.
