Job Description:
Accounts Receivable: Compile and prepare delivery tickets for entry into billing system. Assist with daily invoicing. Process customer requests for copies of invoices, statements, delivery tickets. Follow up on credit references for prospective accounts.

Accounts Payable: Perform various data entry to track fuel, mileage, parts and inventory/materials. Reconcile ticketing, invoices and parts usage for Accounts Payable. Process and review expense reports, coordinate permits and insurance for equipment.

Customer Service: Assist Receptionist with answering phones; assist in varied administrative support.

Work Environment:
Fast paced, dynamic small office environment located near ready-mix concrete plant. Candidate must be organized, teamwork oriented, upbeat and have strong communication/customer service skills.

• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• 10-key by touch a plus.
• 2-3 years Accounts Payable/Accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented

High school diploma/GED. Some college preferred.
3-5 years of related experience.
