Job Description:
Local, dynamic, fast-paced, faith-based financial services office seeks receptionist/office professional.

The Bellevue office of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is seeking to add a caring and talented office professional to our team.
This full time position will provide broad and varied administrative support to Financial Representatives, support of the operations of the office and helping ensure a positive member experience, as well as being the face and voice to our customers (receptionist).

Qualifications include great interactive and communication skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and scheduling and organizational abilities. Good telephone skills, computer knowledge, and verbal and writing skills also are necessary. A compensation agreement will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.

Position Qualifications:
*College degree and/or equivalent work experience
*Excellent telephone and customer relation skills
*Computer skills in the areas of e-mail, word and excel (database management would be helpful)
*Demonstrated organization, communication, and teamwork skills
*Experience in general office work and managing multiple tasks
*Demonstrated ability in business writing, spelling and grammar skills
*May require occasional scheduled in advance, after-hours work
