The Company of Rock House, a leader in residential, foster, and in-home support and care for persons with disabilities, is seeking individual with management experience to assist with program implementation.

Responsibilities will include working with other management team members to coordinate and evaluate programming; hiring, fiscal planning, license and certification monitoring; administration of services to consumers and families, etc.

Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree in a field of human service, health care administration, management or other related field. Prefer previous experience in a healthcare or social service environment. Excellent leadership, administrative, communication, and organizational skills are a must.
