Administrative/Sales Assistant Job Opportunity
The radio stations of Salem Communications Portland are looking for a talented person to fill a rare opening as an Administrative/Sales Assistant.
To be considered for this position, a well-qualified candidate should have expert proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher, along with excellent creativity using Photoshop and other software in the Adobe Creative Suite. Able to assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations and media kits, as well as preparing sales contracts for data entry. Able to help with the production and distribution of sales reports, orders, revisions, and create spreadsheets and other documents. Some Receptionist telephone duties and interaction with the public will be required. In addition, assist with Human Resources on EEO compliant and completing other administrative duties as necessary. The position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, must have the ability to multi task and stay focused while working with interruptions.
