Pioneers, one of the fastest growing evangelical mission agencies in the world today, operating in over 95 countries world-wide, is seeking an energetic, highly-organized individual for the position of Global Projects Coordinator. (A proposal writer / grant coordinator position.)

The Global Projects Coordinator is responsible for writing proposals, managing grants, liaising with program/project managers, and developing project information for use in fundraising and communications activities. Ongoing responsibilities include: managing a calendar of deadlines for proposals and grant reporting; maintaining communication with program/project managers; utilizing organizational databases; writing proposals/reports in a timely manner; updating fundraising content on and in other communications; researching potential foundation relationships; preparing letters of inquiry; and more.

A qualified candidate will demonstrate: a deep commitment to Pioneers’ values and mission; an ability to enthusiastically support Pioneers’ fundraising methods and goals; excellent verbal and written communication skills; command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to type at 50 wpm; ability to learn and master new software; and a willingness to be a team player. Minimum education required is a bachelor’s degree. Experience in fundraising/marketing communications is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience and role.
