Founded in 1996, CCA is a financially solid, national non-denominational Christian non-profit that operates like a business, following a structured business plan built upon process management principles and strong leadership. At CCA, “Caring in the Workplace” is a way of life with our Corporate Chaplains serving over 60,000 people in over 750 company locations across 36 states. CCA delivers confidential care giving, crisis intervention, critical incident care team leadership, programs for worship and prayer, employee/community/church development and other related “Caring in the Workplace” services. The Opportunity
CCA is seeking God’s person to serve as Business Development Manager, Midwest and take his place as a part of the national business development team. The individual will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development and have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage an assigned geographical territory. Candidates must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial minded, have the ability to cultivate relationships and drive sales/new business revenue with a heart that resonates with the ministry’s core commitment and calling.

Key Requirements
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Documented history of exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas on a consistent basis.
Proven success closing C-level executives in companies of 10-5,000+ employees.
Build a pipeline driven forecast to ensure achievement of revenue and growth goals.
Strong presentation and communication skills that effectively articulate the “Caring in the Workplace” vision and benefits.
Proactively establish new contacts within the Christian leadership community, identify target companies and develop/maintain senior level relationships, as well as various levels of the customer organization.
Establish/maintain strong working relationships with key strategic partners in assigned territory and demonstrate the ability to leverage said relationships.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned geography as well various other meetings when necessary.
Submit necessary reports to document progress, activities and issues.
Participate in weekly calls to review pipeline, deal status and quarter to date revenue data.

Key Qualifications
A true calling of God to the ministry of corporate chaplain services.
Have a vocal Christian faith, heart for God and the personal integrity and lifestyle in keeping with an active and mature walk of faith.
A minimum of seven (7) years of intangible sales experience (hunter mentality) to C-level executives.
A strong sense and commitment to customer service.
Territory specific knowledge and strong network with Christian owned or operated companies, CEO’s, executive leaders, Christian Business Organizations (C12, Priority Associates, etc.), local churches, ministries, etc.
Experience working in a quarterly and annual sales quota environment.
An energetic, innovative and self-motivated attitude.
Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships.
Strong presentation skills and demonstrated success in closing sales.
Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to set and achieve goals with a high level of personal accountability.
Unwavering internal/external advocate and spokesperson for CCA in their respective territory.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed. Have successfully managed and sold in a multi-state territory.
