Work schedule Hrs/Wk: 8:00-5:00

Job Description:
As a member of the CVM Internalational Program Department, this position coordinates over 300 Short Term Mission (STM) volunteers, over 100 trips, to more than 20 countries annually. The STM Coordinator will manage the program to reflect the CVM mission, values and vision. This position will strive to make the program self-sustaining while pursuing biblical mission mandates, STM industry standards and sound development objectives. The STM Coordinator will help to develop and maintain relationships with host partners and veterinary volunteers. This position will coordinate the promotion and marketing of mission needs to the Veterinary profession. This position will provide orientation, encouragement, prayer and training material to team members about STM partners and country information, promote trip opportunities and coordinate volunteer involvement. The STM Coordinator will manage the distribution, collection and completion of all essential trip paper work and fees. This position also develops and implements evaluation, training for trip leaders, and assists with accounting and receipting for STM finances.
