Salary: Starting at $30,000 or negotiable based on experience, Individual Health/Dental Insurance coverage.

Job summary
The A.C., Inc. Head Camera Technician, is a Full Time position responsible for servicing and maintaining our rental equipment. This person will work directly with the camera rental manager coordinating the inventory, preps, check-ins, and all equipment maintenance. This position will also repair and equipment and assist in all areas of the camera rental house.

Summary of essential job functions
Assist all customers with daily rental needs and knowledge of camera equipment. Provide regular maintenance and service on film and video cameras as well as a variety of lenses. This position requires overseeing technicians and training them to assist in maintenance and daily operations. Good communication skills are essential and the ability to work well with others. Request damage information and provide proper replacement information for all damages. Assist in preps and equipment check in at all times. Assist with equipment malfunction. Troubleshoot equipment and maintain software updates. Monitor and keep inventory at all times. Keep the back office running smoothly and maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees. Applicant must have a commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.

Minimum requirements
Must be experienced in film and video cameras or have an equivalent experience in fixing machinery or electrical equipment. Computer skills required: (Outlook, Office: Word and Excel). Must know how to service lenses or have an equivalent experience in order to be considered. Exceptional customer service and phone skills are required. Willing to assist in all areas of the camera rental house as needed. Able to multitask and maintain an organized working environment. No freelance work or additional jobs can be held during the work week.

Abilities required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work seated at a desk for several hours at a time and to operate a keyboard. Employee is required to work standing for several hours at a time. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds is required. Proper lifting techniques are required. All applicants considered will be drug tested and have a complete background check.
