Salary: Starting at $35,000 or negotiable based on experience, Individual Health/Dental Insurance coverage.

Job summary
The A.C., Inc. Camera Rental Assistant Manager, is a Full Time position responsible for preparing and maintaining our rental equipment. This person will work directly with the camera rental manager coordinating the inventory, fine tuning orders with the customers and answering workflow questions. This position will also service and maintain daily equipment and assist in all areas of the camera rental house.

Summary of essential job functions
Assist all customers with rentals and knowledge of camera equipment. Prepare quotes for customers in a timely manner. Provide timely invoicing to the accounting department after job completion. Request damage information and provide proper replacement information for all damages. Assist in preps and equipment check in at all times. Over see technicians daily. Assist with equipment malfunction. Troubleshoot equipment and maintain software updates. Monitor and keep inventory at all times. Keep the office running smoothly and maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees. Applicant must have a commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty.

Minimum requirements
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with knowledge of camera equipment or machinery/equipment maintenance. Computer skills required: (Outlook, Office: Word and Excel) Exceptional customer service skills, ability to work with customers using phone and email. Willing to assist all areas of the camera rental house as needed. Able to multitask and maintain an organized working environment. No freelance work or additional jobs can be held during the work week.

Abilities required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work seated at a desk for several hours at a time and to operate a keyboard. Employee is required to work standing for several hours at a time. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds is required. Proper lifting techniques are required. All applicants considered will be drug tested and have a complete background check.
