Title: Assistant Teacher - King's Children's Center - 067
Location: Shoreline WA - King's Schools
Work schedule Hrs/Wk: 8:00-5:00 or 9:00-6:00
Job Description:
The Assistant Teacher along with the Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, fun and thriving, age appropriate classroom environment under the general supervision of the Director and Assistant Director. The Assistant Teacher will provide direct instruction to students using an established curriculum. This position will work together as part of a team with the lead teacher and other support staff while assisting in classroom management as necessary. The Assistant Teacher will act as Lead Teacher in their absence. The Assistant Teacher will have a working knowledge of Creative Curriculum and the Department of Early Learning Licensing Standards for Washington State. The Assistant Teacher will work as a team to build a Christ-centered, intentional classroom for toddler/ preschool age children.
