RESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR
Freedom House, Greensboro NC
Unique and exciting career opportunity for an Addiction Counselor. Freedom House is a Christian, residential program which provides holistic addiction treatment for women and children in a family setting.
Function: Responsible for the quality of care for the Residential Program. Provides screenings, education, individual, group, and family counseling as well as some case management. Oversees daily activities, trains and supervises volunteers, interns and staff. Provides continued development of programs for women and children. Interacts with the community to create referrals, resources and support for the program.
Qualifications: Masters required, LCAS preferred. Minimum of two years clinical experience in addiction treatment with additional experience in program management and development.
