We are seeking to hire (1) individual for an Atlanta based car wash near Stone Mt., GA who will train for a few weeks before moving into the Manager role of a new Car Wash. Business owner wants an independent self starter / leader who can confidently own the P&L, customer service, operations and the leadership and development of a team to fully run a small business unit. Business owner desires someone full of integrity who is dedicated to serving customers with excellence and lead his team with a Christ-like servant's heart.

Role as a manager:
• Lead a team of anywhere from 6-8 hourly employees (3 at the store on most days)
• Design training for the team weekly and lead team meetings
• One on One's with team members monthly
• Hiring and firing of team members
• Be responsible for delivering company culture to the Car Wash
• Deliver phenomenal customer service through the team
• Can’t be afraid to turn a wrench as he/she will be trained to work on the mechanics of carwash for quick fixes

Financial Opportunity:
• Year 1 $36,000-$38,000 (training year as a Manager)
• Year 2 $41,000 (guaranteed base) plus 3k to 7k commission bonus (based on performance of store)
