Title: Accounting Services Administrative Assistant
Location: Shoreline WA - Christian Veterinary Mission
Work schedule Hrs/Wk: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00
Job Description:
The Accounting Services Administrative Assistant supports the CVM Fundraising department with accounting, data entry, and financial reporting, and helps with the Loveline pet memorial card program. Specific duties include assisting with the daily processing of donations and mailing of receipts with a special focus on the short-term missions program, providing regular reporting and auditing of account balances, updating donor database records, handling check requests and reimbursements, running and distributing financial reports, and data entry into The Raiser’s Edge donor management database. This position provides administrative support to the Development and Marketing Director and shares backup support with others in the Fundraising Department including assisting with the Loveline pet memorial card program. The Accounting Services Administrative Assistant will work with CVM’s staff in the Seattle office and with the CRISTA Ministries accounting department.
