They will oversee all training and leadership development initiatives in a fast growing company in a service industry. Position would have a lot of flexibility to have great impact from the start. He/ She would report directly to SR Leadership and have direct influence on new and existing Managers along with Franchisees.

Role as Director of Training and Development:
*They will be expected to enhance and improve the company's existing training and development systems while creating new innovative ways to scale throughout the franchise network.
*They will specifically be designing programs and systems that will better equip and help merge operational training and leadership development.
*They will need to have an understanding of how to build and scale systems of training through an online platform that could be scaled throughout the company and franchisees.
*This role will oversee the initial training of all new managers as well as influencing existing managers to adopt the new systems and leadership philosophies designed.
*This individual will need to be an idea creator and executor, as they will need to drive ideas to action.
*They will have an personal assistant for administrative needs.
*The base salary for the position is $75,000 with a bonus structure that could allow a candidate to make up to $100,000

Minimum Requirements and :
*3-5 Years experience in leading/ developing leaders
*Communication in small and large group settings
*Mid-Upper level management or training experience
*Clear Record of Driving Results
