We are looking for a highly organized, team-minded, multitasking individual with accurate and efficient typing/data entry skills for a fast growing organization. Pleasant phone manners and excellent customer service skills required. Strong Microsoft Office skills also required. Shares a Christ-like servant leadership spirit while working with staff and volunteers.
A. Self-starter with a bias for action
B. Membership database experience, helpful
C. Knowledge of American Heritage Girls, Inc. programs and volunteer services, helpful
D. Professional demeanor in dress, behavior, attitude; good manners
E. Ability to multitask, organize, manage time well
F. Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills
G. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong computer skills necessary
H. Experience in a nonprofit environment, preferred
I. Excellent telephone, public relations, and critical thinking skills
J . Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
L. Ability to walk long distances and/or stand for long periods of time, on occasion
M. Strong desire to help others succeed.
N. College degree preferred, but not mandatory
O. Agreement with AHG Statement of Faith necessary
