The Lifetree Cafe team seeks a self-starting, highly capable Administrative Assistant to support our fast paced team. Key duties include project scheduling, coordinating inventory levels, recruitment and training of volunteers, switchboard, reporting and providing ongoing administrative support of the design, editorial, marketing and sales teams. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient project work flow through the creation and administration of production schedules. The candidate for this position should be quality minded, a flexible team player, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills and able to manage multiple projects. Proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Office products and two years or more experience in the field. Occasional driving is part of the job. Experience in project management a plus.
