Job Description:

The business analyst is responsible for the technology enabling OM business processes. He/she will understand OM standard operating procedures (SOP) and insure that software matches SOP without error. He/she will also manage IT standard development techniques including project management, standard development cycles, quality assurance, implementation, and training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Define, develop and manage:
a) business processes, flows and documentation
b) implementation project plans and timelines
c) quality assurance practices and procedures including multi-phase testing plans and end-user testing
d) application documentation including program documentation, test scripts and results
e) infrastructure test plans and implementation timelines
2) Coordinate groups of business personnel (super-users) who test new functions and identify issues
3) Identify and provide training for enterprise applications and desktop tools
4) Manage full cycle system development, configurations, and implementation
5) Direct and document testing cycles

8) Manage projects using standard project management techniques and tools
9) Communicate information and ideas in writing or speaking
10) Proficient in typical Microsoft office tools such as MS Office, Visio, Project, Sharepoint
11) Experience working with different cultures remotely
12) Working knowledge of Enterprise CRM tools, development, and configuration techniques, Blackbaud Enterprise CRM a plus
13) Capacity to travel internationally a few times/year
