Job Description:
We need a highly motivated professional with 5+ years solution sales experience. This professional sales position is primarily responsible for prospecting and selling our technical solutions to new non-profit clients. A successful outside sales rep will be consultative and exihibit a high degree of professionlism and enthusiasm. Solutions he or she recommends will meet client needs, solve client problems, and satifsy client objectives in the client’s best interests. A successful sales rep will meet revenue and new business devleopment goals consitstently through prospecting and sales activities. We will provide industry training for you to be successful.

We are a small but highly focused, successful and growing company that works primarly with non-profit organizations in the greater Kansas City area, but looking to expand across the United States. Our focus is to provide outstanding managed network solutions and remote IT support along with a full complement of technology services. Because of the nature of our work, we are looking for people who are passionate about our mission and our clients’ missions, enjoy technology and learning, and meet the job qualifications.

In order to apply, you must complete the following assessment:

o Minimum 5 years of solution sales experience with responsibility for prospecting through closing sales
o Proven success in meeting individual quotas and objectives
o Proven success in prospecting to identify and gain access to new, qualified organizations
o Effective relationship-building and communication skills
o Excellent prioritization and time management skills
o Honesty, integrity and reliablity
o Track record of continual self-improvement
o Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

o Prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and email prospecting
o Selling to executive and line directors for non-profit
o Skilled at needs analysis at multiple levels in the client’s organization
o Experience matching solutions to client needs
o Managing opportunities through the sales process to closure
o Professional presentation skills
o Managing prospects and clients using a CRM system
o Sales planning to meet quota
o High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite

o Sold technology solutions, case management software, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, business machines or professional services
o Sold to non-profit organizations
o Sold IT projects and / or services
o Managed a sales team
o High comfort level using the Internet as a prospecting and sales tool
o Experience planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns
o Experience using ConnectWise CRM

o New business development
o Prospect using cold calling, networking and email prospecting to uncover leads in the assigned territory
o Generate new clients in non-profit market
o Assist in developing and participate in lead generation campaigns
o Attend industry conferences, work trade show booth and follow up with prospects

o Sales activities to meet quotas
o Adhere to our company sales process
o Develop a sales plan to meet quota objectives
o Work with prospects to identify their needs and the best solution to address those needs
o Collaborate with staff to prepare proposals for clients
o Close proposals to meet monthly quota objectives
o Manage opportunities through the sales process to closure
o Collaborate with the staff to meet client requirements
o Conduct client reviews with new clients you close
o Manage prospects and sales activities using ConnectWise CRM system
o Majority of sales activities will occur over the phone
