Job Description:
* To promote and expand the reach of Back to the Bible's ministry goTandem and through personal interaction.

* The Director of Interpersonal communications Primary role is manage and lead the interactive elements of our spiritual growth tool.

* The primary goal is to make the goTandem intereaction as effective as possible.

* To train and equipt Spiritual Growth Encouragers to offer action oriented Biblical encouragement, accountability and prayer to goTandem users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Recruit potential Back to the Bible employees as well as volunteers as Spiritual Growth Encouragers.

* Monitor Tandem Interactive closely to make sure our Spiritual Growth Encouragers are in-line with our guidelines.

* Maintain quality monitoring in order to gain valuable feedback from Tandem users to assure maximum effectiveness for the end user.

* Provide training for Spiritual Growth Encouragers as well as churches or ministries that decide to incorporate their own Encouraging.

* Create and maintain training materials for Spiritual Growth Encouragers both in print and online. Act as the "go-to" person for Encouragers with questions or concerns, etc.
