Job Description:
Role Summary
The staff leader within an identified ministry area will be given the title of Area Director. This individual will provide leadership in the area and work collaboratively with the local and national leadership to fulfill the mission of CBMC : To impact the world by saturating the marketplace with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by establishing equipping and mobilizing teams where we work and live that yield spiritual reproducers.

Primary Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a Ministry Action Plan to support and grow the area ministry consistent with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of CBMC
•Establish a budget appropriate to support the Ministry Action Plan
•Raise the funding necessary to execute the Ministry Action Plan for his area
•Engage in personal ministry with men in evangelism and discipleship (i.e. Operation Timothy)
•Lead teams in the area to achieve the Mission, Vision and Core Values of CBMC
•Provide communication between the area, leadership team and national leadership, including reporting what God has done through ministry
•Participate in ministry training as available and attends area/national meetings and conferences

Essential Qualifications
•Christian Commitment – Demonstrates by word and action a mature commitment to Jesus Christ and to engaging in diciplemaking and evangelism
•Education – Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
•Experience – Five to seven years successful experience in sales or other business environment
•Adheres to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance;and reflect optimistic and positive attitude
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of completing assignments
•Possess written and oral communication and presentation skills
