Job Description:
En.Range, Inc. is a small environmental services firm dedicated to helping gun ranges.
We are based near downtown Miami with Christian owners seeking an Administrative / Office Manager / Bookkeeping position. Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills required.

Primary duties include:
• Preparation of work orders and invoices (30%),
• Reconciliation of bank accounts (20%),
• Secretarial support for CEO & Sales Manager (20%),
• General administrative duties & special projects (20%), and
• Maintain employee & medical folders (10%).

We are a growing company with owners who take a personal interest in their employees. The successful candidate will be able to work in an dynamic environment that can be somewhat chaotic at times, and can follow detailed procedures.
Hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with some flexibility. Also, the candidate will need to be adaptable to change and be able to follow through on time sensitive tasks with minimal supervision. Training or education in a business-related field greatly preferred, bilingual (English / Spanish) also preferred, but not a requirement. Strong computer skills and organizational skills are essential.

Pay structure based upon qualifications and experience.
