Job Description:
Small consulting firm with Christian owner seeking an Administrative team member. Primary duties include preparation of invoices (40%), secretarial support for 8 professionals (30%) and general administrative duties & special projects (30%). The successful candidate will be able to interface with a complex computer system and follow detailed procedures. Also, the candidate will need to be adaptable to change and be able to follow a complicated series of tasks with minimal supervision. Advanced training or education in a business-related field required. Strong computer skills and excellent verbal communication skills essential. This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Casual work environment.
