The CRM Data Analyst provides expertise in the collection, management, integrity and distribution of mission CRM data that serves the ministry goals of each group in penetrating lostness in North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will serve as the CRM expert for our organization. The person serving in this role will have many responsibilities under the CRM Maintenance Administrator and CRM Operational Administrator functions.
Responsibilities under CRM Maintenance Administration include (but not limited to) data, configuration, security and integration management. CRM Operational Administration responsibilities include (but not limited to) implementation and maintenance of Data Governance Plans, new user training, addressing system performance issues, user support and maintaining documentation and logs.
This role will also be responsible for maintenance and operational administration for the Exact Target and Scribe products. Working closely with the organization’s Project Management Team, this role will contribute toward the growth of the CRM product in the organization.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4.0 on premise; upgrading to cloud-based CRM 2011
Key skills required for this role include:
• Extensive knowledge of MS CRM
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Effective knowledge of MS Word

• Astute reasoning and processing skills to enable making the correct decision quickly

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Math or Information Systems; or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a full-time job on a temporary to permanent basis. Workweek is typically 40-hours weekly (although additional hours may be needed on a project basis). Temporary status will change to permanent position concluding with satisfactory performance appraisal after 90-working days in the position.
Full-time permanent employment offers health insurance package, vacation allocation and contribution towards 403-B.
