Administrative Assistant to the C.O.O./C.F.O.

We are looking for someone with strong detail-orientation and computer skills, who fits in well with a 'team' of two other fun and friendly administrative assistants, including being a back up for their positions when they are gone or busy. So teamwork is important, as well as people-friendly skills with co-workers, donors and Affiliate Leaders.
Skills and Experience: Very strong computer, Internet, Excel, problem solving, and organizing skills are necessary – please do not apply if you don’t have those. Some bookkeeping is part of the position: bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required. Being a quick learner also a plus. Substantial job experience in the skills we are looking for is a virtual necessity.
Pay, Hours and Benefits: Our strong preference at this point is for a part-time person: typically 5-6 hours/day, but some times of the year could approach 40 hours/week. Our policy does not allow us to offer medical insurance until an employee reaches a year round average of 30+ hours/week. The tentative pay range is $15 to $20/hour to start. However, a person who proves to be extremely strong fit for the job and exceeds our expectations may be considered for higher responsibilities, better pay and/or hours & benefits.
