Job Description:
Open Doors USA is a dynamic, Christian ministry seeking to fill the part-time position of Human Resources Coordinator. This position is for 16 hours a week. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. Develops, implements, and maintains systems to ensure compliance with posting and other regulatory requirements. Oversees performance management process. Review, develop, and maintain company job descriptions. Coordinates hiring and termination process. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is requested. PHR preferred. Please send resumes to jobs@odusa.org
