Responsibilities & Duties
Client Services (90%)
•Pray with, advise and direct the efforts of students and guests relating to spiritual, personal, and program needs
•Participate in the process of developing Christian disciples
•Lead clients into Grace Based accountability process
•Establish and build healthy Christ honoring relationships with clients
•Oversee client and children curfew time and keeping of any schedules
•Serve as in charge person overnight
•Execute evening room checks and facility security
•Respond to facility emergency needs and handle overnight client emergencies (medical, emotional, physical). Update staff and Admin as needed
•Conduct client wake-up calls
•Perform and/or assist with breathalyzer and UA’s as needed. Follow through with charting and filing on results.
•Manage medication system including transcribing of medication instructions & preparation of monthly mediation charts. Computer literacy is a plus. Plus appropriate staff as needed
•Participate in Emergency intakes as needed
•Monitor the taking of client medication including narcotics (store, label, oversee distribution process)
•Cover front desk duties (answer phones, meet walk-in clients, receive and receipt donations, greet and direct visitors and vendors, etc).
•Report significant or important client or facility information to morning Facility Manager
•Record monthly facility supply inventory and submit information to appropriate staff
•Sort and Stock inventory including purchased or donated supplies
•Maintain client charts (includes filing)
•File new correspondence
•Comply with the standard of confidentiality
Housekeeping and laundry duties (see night duty checklist)
Complete reports and documentation as needed
Other duties as assigned
