Position Summary
The Database Manager has a diverse role that includes the managing, organizing, storage and accessibility of donor information. The Database Manager is in charge of important database decisions that span multiple platforms and environments. As a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, the DM manages a highly accessible database with security and confidentiality. The DM is an expert in optimizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting databases and providing solutions. The DM must monitor the system and guarantee performance. This is done with an understanding of the platform used to run the database with the ability to add new users and offer training. Accurate reporting is critical to the success of this ministry and understanding the goals and objectives of reporting is essential. This position is available to provide support for designated development initiatives determined by the department leaders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Database Management (Convio, OrangeLeap, MPX, daily data sync, donor file maintenance) 70%
Marketing/Development Support (prepare reports, segmentation files and manage digital assets) 30%
