Mercy Ships, an international faith based organization operating hospital ships dedicated to increasing access to health care in developing nations, is looking for the following to join our IT team at our International Operations Center in Texas and on board the m/v Africa Mercy in West Africa


IS Operations Manager

Responsibilities include:
*Lead IT Infrastructure & Service Desk Teams
*IT Infrastructure planning, project management
*System performance & problem resolution
*Service Desk planning, policy, procedures
*Monitoring service, prioritizing, escalation
*User communication, education, training

Requirements:
*Management of enterprise IT Operations & Service Desks
*Service focused IT management best practice such as ITIL
*Broad range of IT technical experience, including networking, virtualization, SANs
*Relevant Bachelor's degree or the equivalent education & experience
