Job Description:
(ACT) Advocates for Community Transformation, an inner-city justice ministry based in West Dallas, seeks energetic, organized and flexible Executive Assistant to the President. Work requires a servant-leader who possesses a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a teachable spirit, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, strong attention to detail, tactfulness, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task.

Assistant will provide complete administrative and project support to the President including office administration, office management, fundraising, event planning, and communications, both directed and self-initiated. Assistant will manage President’s calendar, email and contacts, coordinate all of President’s meetings, draft correspondence, file, enter data, prepare and maintain expense reports, anticipate needs of President and take initiative in ensuring he is able to focus on highest-priority items and issues, and undertake various special projects and office management tasks.
