The e3 Foundation is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator with extreme attention to detail, excellent organization skills, a willingness to work with and embrace the ideas and direction of others, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work with marketing, website, content, social media, SEO, and video teams to execute projects
  • Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Lead email marketing initiatives, soup to nuts
  • Assist in the coordination of public relations and media outreach
  • Manage the development of marketing collateral
  • Coordinate market research projects
  • Post fresh content to the website and regularly test website functionality
  • Maintain expertise regarding all platforms and associated tools, including technology upgrades and feature enhancements
  • Work with team members to maintain brand consistency
  • Monitor analytics and compile weekly reports for leadership team


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required Professional Skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects and coordinating across departments
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field
  • Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns
  • Experience serving in an administrative “middleman” role between executive leadership and the execution level team (e.g. designers, copywriters, etc.)
  • Basic skills mastered in Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Professional Skills
  • Experience with messaging, branding, collateral production, and advertising campaigns
  • Copywriting and/or editing experience
  • Experience with Clarizen, Salesforce or other project management/CRM platforms
  • Expertise in using Vertical Response, Exact Target, MailChimp, or similar email marketing platform
  • Agency experience a plus

Personal Skills
  • Ability to multitask with excellent organization skills, quick turnaround, and extreme attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor, experience interacting with C-level executives
  • Strong intuition and communication skills; understands messaging and segmentation to successfully reach diverse target audiences
  • Discerning eye for design
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Positive outlook, highly motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to work with and embrace the ideas and direction of others
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a team and also independently
