Seeking a candidate that will be proactive, self-starting graphic designer with experience in advertising campaign development and/or cover design. Along with excellent design and writing skills, our ideal candidate will have real-world experience creating work that sells from bare concepts or ideas. Must also have great customer service skills to be able to interact with our authors to capture and express their vision for their book cover. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment, and possess an overall drive to create successful, compelling work.

• Proficiency with Adobe's Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash • A strong and varied portfolio of Web and campaign development experience—everything from logos, to advertising pieces, to full sites. • Working knowledge of HTML • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, creative writing, and communication skills. • A college degree is preferred, but not required • Desired Skills: Marketing Design experience • Compensation based on experience.
