Position: Administrative Assistant/Project Manager

Lifetogether is a Christian organization with a primary focus of transforming lives through community in order to help fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission. Lifetogether is structured to assist local church and church leaders by providing innovative small group resources and consulting services that help transform the world for Christ. The organization focuses on curriculum development, connecting people, church products, custom publishing, video production and campaign design.

Lifetogether is seeking an experienced part-time Administrative Assistant and project manager reporting to the President of Lifetogether. The position will require an individual that can execute on plans quickly. This busy and varied role will include project management, web communications, email marketing, website management, online training, presentations and events. The ideal candidate should be Christian that is growing their walk with the Lord. Additionally, the candidate must be very detail oriented (with a project manager mindset) and extremely organized.

Flexible hours and some travel required. Part time hours are 20-40 hours per week with the potential for permanent position.

Responsibilities will include:
Advanced computer skills
Database Data Entry
Online Reporting
Telemarketing Skills
Calendar Management
Ability to Schedule Online Events and Webinars
Some Social Media and Online Publishing
Financial and Analytical Skills
E-mail list management and production
Basic Graphic Design

Job requirements:
Must be extremely personable and have experience working in Ministry
Experience with a high energy environment and capable of managing multiple projects
Should have a proven track proven track record of self-initiative
Most possess excellent computer skills in various packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be able to project manage effectively and manage
Must be extremely teachable and a fast learner with computers/applications
Detailed oriented
Excellent skills in effective verbal and written communications
Enthusiastic Team Attitude and ability to assist others when required
Working with highly confidential, sensitive information
Honesty, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic cannot be stressed enough

Job Skills Preferred but not required:
Experience with a CRM package (like ZohoCRM, Salesforce.com, etc.)
Experience with Constant Contact or other e-mail marketing platform
Experience with Wordpress (or other blogging platforms)
Experience with Graphic Design Packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Video Editing and Production (Final Cut Pro, Premiere)
