SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Temporary
The Senior Administrator Assistant reports to the General Manger and is responsible for organizing and coordination office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency for a two radio station cluster in the New York market.
Greeting visitors and clients
Answering phones – connecting calls with appropriate personnel and taking messages
Maintain office equipment
Pleasant professional demeanor, organized, trustworthy and a self-starter.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Experience as an administrative assistant in an office environment.
Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Available to work Monday through Friday
Experience with Marketron’s Deltaflex software (formerly CBSI) preferred. Must have a High School Diploma or equivilant.
