Job Description:
General Qualification

The Regional Director must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ who is passionate about serving with a ministry/mission organization and advancing the Gospel around the world through indigenous ministry.

Personal and Professional Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent in experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in related field.

o An Evangelical Christian who is in agreement with I.N. Network’s Statement of Faith.

o Understanding of, commitment to and ability to articulate the unique mission of I.N. Network USA and the needs of our
partner countries.

o Must demonstrate servant leadership attributes of encouraging collaboration, trust, foresight, listening, and the ethical use
of power and empowerment.

o A results-oriented professional who is a self starter - highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.

o A gifted communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.

o Must possess strong presentation skills for both large and small group settings.

o Expertise in writing funding proposals is desirable.

o Bi-lingual speaking ability is desirable.

o Highly developed interpersonal and social skills – must “wear” well with people. Ability to relate to staff, churches, donors,
and others in a grace-filled manner.

o Ability to work with people to plan and execute events and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Broaden the I.N. USA donor base through churches, individuals, and foundations.

o Plan and implement strategy to increase market visibility and fund development for both the USA office and partner

o Call on pastors, mission committees and key individuals. Minimum of six face-to-face appointments per week with
elders/pastors or donors.

o Plan and execute 2.5 full national tours per year. A full tour consists of four Sundays and three full weeks of meetings with a
minimum of 25 events in addition to the Sunday services.

o Minimum of 80 sponsorships per national tour for a total of 200 sponsorships in 2.5 tours. Additionally, raise $10,000 per
tour in project funds.

o Develop and maintain a minimum of four long term partnerships with key pastors and their churches/mission committees.

o After one year raise a minimum of $10,000 per year for Global Partners.
