Duties include preparing monthly financial reports, coordinating the annual audit, budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, the Director of Finance and Operations (DFAO) handles HR matters including employee payroll, benefit programs, and insurance. The position reports to the Head of School and regularly presents financial information to the Board of Trustees. The DFAO supervises Business Office Personnel covering the accounts receivable, accounts payable, facilities, and front desk receptionist responsibilities. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working with general ledger accounting. CPA certification is recommended.
